   The site also providing its services without registration does not absolve you of this contractual relationship.

The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of WILD INDIGO will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable laws and regulations. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. The colors and images of our products that appear at the store may not be absolutely as they appear to be. They may vary in their colors and look from screen to screen (of your laptop/PC/ Mobile phones etc).

Since the products are hand dyed with natural herbs, the color of the products may vary, which in fact gives it a unique identity. It is a testament to the authentic procedure which is followed through at every step in the making of our garments.

In the event we are unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different territorial laws, we will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by us from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to you.
